The Teen Mom couple, both 22, welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Nova Reign, on Thursday, January 1, Us Weekly reported.

Nova was reportedly born weighing six pounds and 12 ounces. She also measured 19.5 inches.

Baltierra tweeted Thursday, "OMG guys, my daughter is BEAUTIFUL! Can't wait for you guys to see her! Born on 1/01/15 at 3:15 #StillCantBelieveIt #ShesPerfect."

Baltierra, who proposed to Lowell for the second time this past Christmas after previously calling off their five-year engagement in July 2013, also posted a couple photos on Instagram to express his excitement.

"IT'S HAPPENING! Here we go, doing this all over again. This is surreal, I'm freakin out a little lol but can't wait to meet my little angel! Thinking a lot about Carly right now. It's bringing me back. Even though I know this time I will actually be taking her home. I love my girls! #CantWait #Nervous #Excited #Scared #Happy," Baltierra captioned a photo of himself holding their first daughter Carly, now 5.

Lowell and Baltierra gave Carly up for adoption in May 2009 when they were both 16-years-old. They had both appeared on 16 & Pregnant before their run on Teen Mom.

"Momma Bear holding our little angel! Can't tell you the feeling of witnessing this. Look at my beautiful bride to be! That woman is beyond strong, caring, and selfless. Couldn't have asked for a better little family #Blessed #NewYearBaby #MyGirls #AreMyWorld," Baltierra wrote alongside another photo later on of Lowell holding Nova Reign.

The newly-engaged pair found out they were expecting their second child back in May. However, Lowell didn't confirm her pregnancy until she was four months along in August, which was the same month when she had revealed the baby's sex for the first time.

Teen Mom's revival is slated to premiere in early 2015. Farrah Abraham, however, won't be included in the cast.
