Teen Mom 2 hubby Courtland Rogers has come out and clarified he's still together with wife Jenelle Evans despite prior tweets between the couple suggesting they were ending their marriage after only a few weeks.

"For the record I never broke up with jenelle we took a day break with our families to enjoy time with them I love her with all my heart," Rogers tweeted Tuesday. "Jenelle and I are happily married I don't know why the news said we were officially getting a divorce when clearly we are together lol."

Added a gushing Rogers on Twitter, "Great day for the start of a fresh year !!! 2013 babyyyyyy and I'm ready for it !! I love u jenelle I LOVE U JENELLE."

Evans and Rogers previously led their Twitter followers to believe they were splitting in a series of tweets on December 30.

"First of all why is yr daughter up at 11pm anyways when u were 'talking' to her on the phone?! Haha right," Evans tweeted at the time in reference to a late-night phone call made by Rogers. "IM SINGLE."

Rogers had attempted to defend and justify the alleged phone conversation with his daughter via Twitter, as he was seemingly shocked about how angry Evans had gotten.

"So I just got broke up with because of talkin to my lil girl on the phone last night finally getting to here her tell me she loves dada! Wow. I cannot believe this," Rogers tweeted, adding that his daughter Jordan comes first in his life and he'd expect his new wife to respect that notion.

Rogers had also contacted Evans' ex-fiance Gary Head, apparently apologizing for not listening to his prior warning of Evans' personality.

"I am sorry I shoulda never disrespected u I wish I would of listened to u bro she just divorced me for talking to my daughter," Rogers wrote.

Evans and Rogers wed in a quickie ceremony in early December.

Evans started dating Rogers in September and revealed in late November they had gotten engaged only months after she had called off her engagement to Head this past summer. The reality TV star and Head had announced their engagement in May after dating for five months.
