Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance lost Terry Deitz to a family emergency, switched up the tribes again and concluded with the new Ta Keo tribe snuffing Yung "Woo" Hwang's torch during Season 31's sixth episode Wednesday night on CBS.

Woo, who previously competed on Survivor: Cagayan, became the sixth castaway voted out of the game. His new Ta Keo tribe ousted him via a 4-3 vote instead of Spencer Bledsoe at Tribal Council on Night 16 of the game.

"This is an extremely difficult way to leave the game but I had an amazing run," Woo said following his ouster. "This game is the toughest, both mentally and physically. So win or lose, it was an achievement of a lifetime and I'm stoked to be a part of this Survivor family."

Survivor's broadcast began in the middle of Night 13 with host Jeff Probst surprising Terry Deitz, who previously competed on Survivor: Panama, at camp and pulling him aside to deliver some bad news.

Probst told Terry his wife had called about their son Danny, who was in the hospital. Probst revealed both the wife and doctor agreed Danny's condition was serious enough for him to leave the game and be with them at home.

Terry said "no question" he should leave and then hugged his tribemates -- Joe Anglim, Kass McQuillen, Kelley Wentworth, Ciera Eastin, and Keith Nale -- goodbye. He thanked them all and everyone seemed devastated for him. Terry told his tribe to "kick ass," and Kass teared up to the cameras saying the incident was "worse than anything you could imagine in Survivor," and she truly felt for him.

On Day 14, the three tribes, which also included Angkor, gathered on the beach for a Reward Challenge. Bayon, Ta Keo and Angkor gushed about how their tribes were so tight, and then Probst asked everyone to drop their buffs for another switch. However, they were being separated into only two tribes -- a new Ta Keo and a new Bayon.

The new Ta Keo tribe ended up being Kass, Spencer, Woo, Ciera, Abi-Maria Gomes, Kelly Wiglesworth, and Andrew Savage.

The new Bayon was comprised of the following members: Jeremy Collins, Kimmi Kappenberg, Keith, Wentworth, Joe, Tasha Fox and Stephen Fishbach.

Spencer told the cameras there were so many past relationships for everyone that he couldn't even fathom how people might group together going forward.

Woo was happy to have Savage with him in the swap, but Kass was less than pleased about being on a tribe again with Spencer. The former Cagayan players feuded during and after their first stint on the show and even hated each other at times, according to Spencer. Spencer called Kass his "arch nemesis" and how they got along would determine his fate in the game.

Wentworth was the only original Ta Keo member on her new tribe, but she at least knew some people from the last switch. Stephen said in a confessional that Wentworth was going to be the obvious target, however, he was a little intimidated by all the alpha males in his new tribe like Jeremy and Joe.

It then became time for Ta Keo and Bayon to compete in their first Reward Challenge together.

Probst explained one member from each tribe had to race down a slippery course, grabbing a ring along the way. The castaway then had to toss the ring in attempt to land it on a post. The first person in each pairing to land his or her ring would earn a point for that tribe. The first tribe to three points would win a picnic delivered right to camp complete with fried chicken, Mac and Cheese and brownies.

In the individual faceoffs, Jeremy beat Andrew, Kass beat Stephen, Abi-Maria defeated Kimmi, Joe trumped Woo, and then in a sudden death match, Wiglesworth beat Wentworth.

Ta Keo won as a result and Andrew was happy to have Abi and Woo with him. He also wanted to realign with his former Bayon members Kass and Ciera -- which meant Spencer and Wiglesworth were going to be on the outs. Andrew felt very safe, like he wasn't going anywhere for a while.

Spencer worried about his position in the game, but he tried to interact with Kass normally. Andrew admitted Spencer was a bright, wonderful kid with a big heart, and if he had a son he'd love for him to be just like Spencer. Despite his feelings, Andrew knew Kass couldn't stand Spencer, and so he planned to use that information to his advantage.

Kass then revealed to Andrew she was tight with Ciera. Andrew came back and said he was "inseparable" with Woo and Abi. Andrew suggested that both alliances should join forces and go after Spencer, and Kass completely agreed.

Kass couldn't wait to get rid of Spencer because she really didn't want to play Second Chance with him. The new fivesome conspired to tell Spencer they were voting Ciera and he'd get blindsided.

But Ciera didn't like the fact Andrew threw her name out there as the fake target. Ciera believed Andrew's move revealed she's at the bottom of his alliance and his new partner in crime was Woo, who wasn't even an original Bayon member. Although Ciera knew it might be smart to just take one for the team, she didn't intend to.

Over at Bayon's camp, Joe told Wentworth she was "the easy vote" since she was a former Ta Keo. He, on the other hand, felt like he was in a good spot within the original Bayon alliance. Joe also had Kass, Ciera, Wentworth and Keith over at the Ta Keo camp because they had made a pact before the swap. Joe advised Wentworth to pitch she's stronger in challenges than Stephen and Kimmi.

Joe, Tasha and Stephen then discussed whom to vote out next. Joe asked if they really felt strong with and loyal to Kimmi since she wasn't great at challenges, and Stephen had no idea why Joe was even bringing that up because he thought they were going to stay Bayon strong regardless.

Stephen didn't appreciate how Joe wanted their alliance to turn on each other and so he ultimately called Joe "a flipper." Stephen insisted to Jeremy they should take out Joe as a result, but Jeremy secretly wanted to keep Joe in the game as a shield since he was also a physical threat. Jeremy just didn't want Joe to be the first vote-off.

Stephen told Tasha that Joe wasn't Bayon strong, but she also thought it was "too much too soon." Stephen cried to the cameras because he wanted to take out "the Golden Boy" when he had the chance. He knew his alliance could take control of the game, so he was frustrated no one was onboard to make a big move for their own benefit.

On Day 16, both tribes met Probst for a food-eating Immunity Challenge. This challenge has been done 14 times on the show.

One pair of castaways from Ta Keo competed against a pair of players from Bayon during each round. They had to race to get down local Cambodian delicacies.

Kimmi and Tasha faced off against Woo and Spencer, who were required to eat two tarantulas. The boys won.

Jeremy and Keith then went up against Andrew and Ciera, eating a giant Water Beatle. Keith and Jeremy won.

Stephen and Wentworth were up next and they squared off against Kass and Abi. After trying to swallow a pig snout, Stephen and Wentworth won.

The challenge then came down to individual faceoffs. Joe and Wiglesworth had to consume deep fried frog and Wiglesworth won. Woo ate pig's brain against Kimmi, and Woo automatically won because Kimmi -- who hadn't eaten pig for 30 years -- opted out of the task.

Ciera then went up against Wentworth to eat a scorpion. Wentworth won. The Immunity Challenge came down to a tiebreaker between Tasha and Kass. After Kass threw up her duck embryo, Tasha was declared the winner and Bayon won immunity. Kass cried because -- well, she threw up -- but also because she was sad to have let her tribe down.

Kass couldn't wait to get rid of Spencer. She said he has "a zero percent chance of winning the game." Woo also figured that if everything went according to plan, Spencer was gone and Ciera wouldn't have to stress.

Meanwhile, Spencer thought Andrew was a standup guy and had been excited to work with him the whole game. Spencer thought he could trust Andrew, who told him to vote for Ciera. Andrew didn't like lying to Spencer but he patted himself on the outcome being one of the most "devastating, unsuspecting blindsides in Survivor history."

However, Ciera told Kass and Abi that she wasn't comfortable with Andrew throwing her name out there because he was supposed to be Bayon strong but seemed closer with Woo from original Ta Keo. Kass was frustrated to hear this because she couldn't wait to dump Spencer before the merge, but she began wondering if there was a better use for him right now.

Kass therefore went off with Spencer to talk. Spencer revealed he really like Andrew, but Kass admitted Andrew was targeting him. Spencer didn't know where to run, but Kass confessed she was leaning towards a Woo blindside. As a result, Kass was hoping herself, Ciera, Abi and Spencer could vote Woo. Kass didn't like how Woo was Andrew's crutch.

Spencer agreed to the plan and told the cameras he'd be "bunking with the devil" that night.

At Tribal Council, Andrew, Wiglesworth and Woo were convinced Spencer was going home. Since this was Kass' first Tribal Council session of the season, she wondered whether to be "Calm Kass" or "Chaos Kass." Andrew believed she'd stay calm because he had only seen a "loving" Kass so far. Andrew was totally confident in his alliance.

Probst then read the votes aloud. Three castaways voted to oust Spencer from Survivor while four people voted for Woo. Spencer was very thankful to his tribe.

The episode's closing credits later showed that Spencer, Ciera, Abi and Kass all voted for Woo.
