Second season of 'Tori & Dean: Inn Love' to debut August 14 on Oxygen

By Christopher Rocchio, 07/18/2007

Oxygen has announced the second-season premiere of Tori & Dean: Inn Love,  a reality series that follows former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Tori Spelling and husband Matt McDermott as they establish themselves as innkeepers at their own bed-and-breakfast in the picturesque wine vineyards of southern California.

Tori & Dean: Inn Love's second season is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, August 14 at 10PM ET/PT.

Inn Love's first season made its debut in March with an eight-episode run, while its second season will consist of 10 new episodes and continue to follow the former Donna Martin and her hubby as they run their Chateau La Rue bed-and-breakfast in Fallbrook, CA.

There will also be a new member of the cast, as Spelling and McDermott welcomed their first child -- Liam Aaron McDermott -- in March, so the series' second season will also focus on their first foray into parenthood.  In addition, Spelling recently received official certification to preside over marriages, and has already put it to good use, marrying a couple at Chateau La Rue two weekends ago.

Oxygen announced in May that it was renewing Inn Love for a second season.  The first seven episodes of Inn Love's initial season averaged a 0.8 rating among Oxygen's target demographic of Women 18-34 -- making it the second most-watched program on the cable network in that demographic behind only The Bad Girls Club.

Spelling and McDermott created Inn Love and executive produced it along with Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder Productions.
