The former tenth-season American Idol champion fell off the stage and into a crowd of fans during one of his concerts last week, according to TV Guide.
"Dagum [Brad Paisley] pranked me again.. he narrowed up the stage on me for my last song.. #MeetTheCrowdNight #ImOk," McCreery, who is currently on tour with fellow country singer Paisley, tweeted Friday night.
While McCreery was clearly just joking around about Paisley narrowing the stage, Paisley reportedly had a little fun with the singer the following night.
Due to McCreery's incident, Paisley pulled a prank at their next concert in which he lined the stage with caution tape and traffic cones.
"[Brad] wanted me to be extra cautious tonight! Thanks Brad!" McCreery subsequently tweeted.
