Scott Disick has purchased a mansion shortly after welcoming his third child with longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, but it's apparently not for his family.

The Beverly Hills pad reportedly sold for $3.69 million and features five bedrooms and six baths. The estate is 4,095 square feet.
The house isn't the only thing Disick is trying to fix. According to Us, his relationship with Kardashian has been on the rocks and the couple booked a room at a Four Seasons resort to try to mend things between them just weeks before daughter Reign was born on December 14.
"The trip was a fixer-upper," another source told the magazine, adding that Disick had been struggling with substance abuse issues and stints in rehab. "If Scott can't get his act together she's ending things."
Disick and Kardashian also have a two-year-old daughter Penelope and five-year-old son Mason together.
