The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, longtime boyfriend of Kourtney Kardashian and father of three entered the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica after a wild weekend of drinking in Atlantic City, TMZ reported Monday.

"I realize my issues are bigger than me, and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle," Disick told TMZ.

Disick, 31, will reportedly be undergoing a unique treatment that "involves roots from a small African tree that supposedly helps people battle addiction."

The Iboga plant has anti-addictive properties, according to Us Weekly, that are supposed to curb cravings for alcohol and drugs through the use of a hallucinogen found in the plant roots called Ibogaine.

Disick has struggled with sobriety for a long time and his issues have created tension in his relationship with Kardashian, who's reportedly tried to get through to him by giving him an ultimatum or kicking him out of their house numerous times.

Disick allegedly spent a week in January running up booze tabs and trashing hotel rooms in Aspen. His drinking problem has aired on the Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons spinoff, and it seemed to worsen after both of his parents passed within months of each other in late 2013 to early 2014.

Disick previously entered rehab in June 2014, Us reported, telling a friend on the show, "I thought I was going to die."

Kardashian, 35, gave birth to their third child, a son named Reign Aston Disick, in December 2014. In addition to Reign, Disick is also a dad to five-year-old Mason and two-year-old Penelope.
