Spencer and Heidi "walked off the set for good" after last night's live premiere of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! ended with the newlyweds opting out of the Costa Rican jungle competition's first Fear Factor-like live challenge, TMZ reported Tuesday.

It remains unclear how the show plans to handle the couple's reported departure, however Daniel Baldwin -- the older brother of I'm a Celebrity participant Stephen Baldwin -- is already in Costa Rica and set to join the show as a replacement for Spencer, according to dailyfill.com.  Heidi's sister and fellow The Hills regular Holly Montag is also reportedly currently "on a plane to Costa Rica" to replace Heidi, according to the site.

"I'm hearing [another] Hills star is going to replace Speidi," American Idol host Ryan Seacrest wrote on his Twitter account on Tuesday afternoon.

Seacrest had interviewed NBC reality chief Paul Telegdy about the couple's previous attempts to quit I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! on his syndicated radio show on Monday.

Monday night's two-hour I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! premiere had shown Spencer and Heidi briefly quitting the show twice after becoming upset about the show's primitive jungle campsite living conditions and the poor celebrity quality of the show's cast.

"I'm too rich and I'm too famous to be sitting with these people and cleaning up their sh-- in the jungle, my man," Spencer was shown venting during a phone call to NBC Entertainment co-chairman Ben Silverman after the couple decided to quit the competition for the first time hours after it began on Saturday. "And this cast is devaluing our fame right now. I'm sitting next to VH1 comedians that I have never even seen before, I'm sitting next to wrestlers, this is just not the show -- I thought it was gonna be all celebrities."

"Stars of shows get treated like stars, dude," Spencer continued to rant. "I'm f---ing supposed to be cleaning up John Salley's sh-- in a bucket, dude! You've never cleaned up your own sh-- let alone taken John Salley's sh-- to the creek, have you? Don't throw me in the jungle and try and make me a little guinea pig torture act."

After eventually agreeing to return to camp and spend their first night in the jungle, the couple then attempted to quit for a second time the following morning.  The details of their second attempt to leave wasn't shown however the couple was eventually returned to the campsite again, much to the disappointment of most of the rest of their castmates who had quickly become frustrated by their behavior.

In addition to Spencer and Heidi, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'s cast also includes celebrity reality show retreads Baldwin and Janice Dickinson; former American Idol finalist Sanjaya Malakar; actor Lou Diamond Phillips; former NBA player John Salley; WWE "diva" Torrie Wilson; Patti Blagojevich, the wife of indicted former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich; and Frances Callier and Angela V. Shelton, who comprise a comedy duo called Frangela.

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'s second episode will air tonight at 8PM ET/PT on NBC.  Following tonight's broadcast, the show will continue to air one-hour episodes Monday through Thursdays at 8PM ET/PT until its finale on June 24.
