The Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami star and the Los Angeles Lakers player signed their prenuptial agreement on Tuesday, TMZ reported.

Under the terms of the deal, Kardashian will reportedly not receive any of Odom's recently signed four-year, $33 million contract with the Lakers -- however he will fund a joint account for the couple and also provide her with an annual lump sum that will remain unchanged throughout the marriage.

In addition, Odom agreed to purchase a home for the couple that will cost at least $5 million, TMZ reported.

Kardashian and Odom wed late last month at a private Beverly Hills estate, however TMZ reported the couple had agreed the marriage would not be legally binding until a prenuptial agreement was negotiated and signed.

Now that the agreement is reportedly a done deal, Odom can focus on the upcoming NBA season -- which begins next week.

Coverage of the wedding will air during Keeping Up With the Kardashian's November 8 broadcast on E!.
