Report: Howard K. Stern on Anna Nicole Smith's baby's birth certificate

The Bahamian birth certificate for Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter names attorney Howard K. Stern as the newborn's father, People magazine reports.

The birth certificate for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, born Sept. 7 in a Nassau hospital, validates Stern's claim that he is the child's biological father, People said Wednesday.
Photographer Larry Birkhead has claimed he could be Dannielynn's father and recently filed court papers in Los Angeles seeking tests to settle the paternity question once and for all.
