NBC has announced Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew star David "Dr. Drew" Pinsky will serve as a facilitator for Baby Borrowers: Lessons Learned, a one-hour reunion special that will air Wednesday, August 6 at 9PM ET/PT.
Pinsky will be on hand to "engage special guests in a spirited debate on the much-publicized issue of teen pregnancy," according to NBC.
Special guests currently slated to appear include The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy CEO Sarah Brown; The Baby Borrowers executive producer and creator Richard McKerrow; and three Gloucester teenagers, who will discuss the much-publicized "pregnancy pact" that was allegedly made in the Massachusetts town. In addition, The Baby Borrower critics and experts in adolescent psychology and teen pregnancy will also be included. The Baby Borrowers premiered last month and has followed five participating couples -- ranging in age from 18 to 20 -- over the course of three weeks as they were given a home and a job in preparation for the arrival of a baby. Every few days the baby "ages" -- going from an infant to an elderly person. The Baby Borrowers' finale will air tonight at 9PM ET/PT on NBC.
