Brian Quintana, who claims in court documents he introduced the couple, wrote in his Los Angeles Superior Court complaint Hilton "has a drug and alcohol problem, some rather shady associates, and is known for erratic behavior," TMZ.com reported Friday.

Quintana said he needs a restraining order against "The Simple Life" star because he is in "imminent danger."

Quintana said he was Niarchos' friend and handled his public relations duties for two years. After introduced Hilton to his friend, she began a smear campaign against him and accused him to trying to get Stavros to leave her for his former girlfriend, Mary-Kate Olsen, he charged.

In addition, he claims he lost clients after they received phone calls from Hilton warning them not to do business with him.

Hilton's rep said she had no comment on the allegations and a hearing on the restraining order was pending.
