Nick Viall went looking for love on a reality show four times, so if anyone needs a little advice on how to make a relationship work or last, it's him.

After eliminating a whopping six bachelorettes on Monday night's episode of The Bachelor, Viall appeared on Good Morning America and was surprised to be joined by a few Bachelors from the past: Andrew Firestone from Season 3, Jason Mesnick from Season 13 and Ben Higgins from last season.

Firestone, Mesnick and Higgins offered the Season 21 star, Viall, some advice when it comes to working things out with the potential love of his life after the show.

"Figure out somebody whom you can share a bathroom with," Firestone said as the other guys laughed.

But he was serious!

"That's the most important thing," Firestone elaborated. "For the rest of your life, you're sharing a bathroom with somebody. Make sure you find that person."

"That's actually really helpful," Viall noted with a surprised and impressed look on his face.

Firestone gave his final rose to Jen Schefft on The Bachelor, however, they broke off their engagement several months later. Firestone eventually married model and actress Ivana Bozilovic in 2008 and they have three children together: Adam, Shane and Anja.

Mesnick revealed he made his relationship with now-wife Molly Malaney work after The Bachelor by "getting out of the spotlight and going to Seattle. The most famous person in Seattle is the weather man, so nobody is following people around."

Mesnick ended up proposing to Melissa Rycroft on The Bachelor, but during After the Final Rose in 2009, he called off their engagement and publicly revealed he had made a mistake by not choosing Malaney, his runner-up, instead.

Mesnick and Malaney went on to marry in February 2010. They welcomed one child together and Mesnick also has a son from his previous marriage.

As for Higgins, the Season 20 star told Viall, "I'm watching the season. I don't know if you chose anybody or not, but if you did, be really honest -- as soon as possible -- because on some level they're going to be watching The Bachelor."

Higgins, who is still engaged to former flight attendant Lauren Bushnell from his season, added, "So that's how you make things work out."
