MTV says a lawsuit will not stop it from filming "The Real World" in Key West, Fla.

Tour mogul Ed Swift filed the suit trying to prevent filming of the reality TV show in the tony neighborhood, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

But producers said until it is decided in the courts, Swift's suit will have no effect on their plans to go ahead with taping in Key West.

The new "Real World" house was leased June 28 and crews have already started installing lights and other necessary production equipment, the Post said.
