16 and Pregnant: Life After Labor, which will feature all six of the teenage girls followed in the show's currently airing first season, will air on Thursday, July 23 at 10PM ET/PT.

The finale special will follow an open-discussion format, as Pinsky will discuss each girl's episode and update viewers on how their life is currently going.  Issues addressed during the forum will include birth control, adoption, abortion, marriage, religion, gossip, finances, high school graduation and employment.

Pinsky will also answer questions from a live studio audience during the special, as well as select emails from viewers.

16 & Pregnant, which premiered last month, follows teenage girls for five to seven months as they navigate through various issues impacted by their pregnancies -- including marriage, adoption, financial problems, attending school and dealing with gossip.

In addition, the series also follows the girls for several weeks after they give birth to see how they are coping with motherhood and balancing their responsibilities with being a teenager.
