Melanie "Mel B" Brown obtained a restraining order against her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, on Monday after accusing him of brutal beatings and sexual exploitation in their 10-year marriage.

Belafonte has been ordered to stay away from the America's Got Talent judge and her three children as well as leave the family's Hollywood Hills home, TMZ reported.

Brown -- who wed Belafonte in 2007 but filed for divorce last month -- detailed Belafonte's alleged extreme abuse in recent court documents, claiming he beat her, forced her to have three-way sex with other women, extorted her by threatening to release sex tapes and sabotage her career, and cheated on her with their children's nanny whom he once got pregnant.

Starting from the beginning, Brown, 41, alleged on the night of her Dancing with the Stars finale in 2007 that Belafonte choked her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floor, which she claimed was a pattern when she achieved success.

"[He would] beat me down to let me know he was in charge," Brown said, according to the documents obtained by TMZ.

In July 2012, Belafonte allegedly accused Brown of flirting with Usher on The X Factor U.K. set, and in jealous rage, punched her with a closed fist and ultimately split her lip. One month later, Brown reportedly said her husband punched her again and pushed her down onto the carpet.

"[My face] actually scabbed over the rug burns," Brown claimed, adding that he forced her to tweet a photo of her bruised face and tell her fans it was an accident.

"Running in 7 inch louboutin no good!! I'm wearing prauge on my face!!!" the former Spice Girls member wrote on Twitter at the time.

in 2014, Brown was admitted to the hospital with a mysterious illness a source claimed to be severe stomach pains. She therefore missed a taping of The X Factor U.K.

"I'm very good was very polly [sick] but much better now," Brown tweeted at the time, before denying Belafonte had anything to do with her hospital visit. "And for the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me sorry took so long but any response fuels rumors."

Shortly afterwards, Brown appeared on The X Factor U.K.'s live finale with a questionable swollen cheek and obvious scratches on her arms. Social media speculated Belafonte had assaulted her, especially since she coincidentally wasn't wearing her wedding ring during the show.

Brown said in the court documents she was overcome with "emotional and physical exhaustion" that year and took an entire bottle of Aspirin as a result, according to TMZ. She tried dialing an emergency call to police but Belafonte allegedly blocked her, threw her in the bedroom, locked the door, and told her to "die, bitch!"

In addition, Brown claimed Beladonte would force her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women" and he would often secretly record the encounters. When she reportedly refused to have three-way sex, her husband would threaten to release the sex tapes.

Belafonte also allegedly got their children's nanny pregnant, telling the AGT judge he wanted the three of them to live together. However, Belafonte ultimately demanded the nanny get an abortion and allegedly paid her about $300,000 of Brown's money "for alleged nanny services."

Brown wrote in her court papers that she tried to leave Belafonte multiple times throughout their relationship only to be "threatened with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way... destroy my career and take my kids from me."

Belafonte has also been accused of hiding a gun in his house, which is against the law due to a prior domestic violence conviction involving another woman. Authorities reportedly searched the film producer's home but discovered no firearms.

On Monday, TMZ caught up with Belafonte outside of his home and asked him to comment on most of Brown's jaw-dropping allegations.

"I force her to have threesomes? Okay. You know what my comment is to all this? Because she's the mother of my children, I am really, really, really distraught in my brain how this is going to affect our children and the depths that she's gone to. That's it!" Belafonte told a paparazzo on camera.

"I'm shocked at those allegations and that's what it is... I think someone is trying to set me up to look like a bad guy. My house got raided and no one found anything. It's accusation after accusation. I'll deal with it in court, but we have beautiful children... They're on social media. Why do this? We were friends two weeks ago and all of a sudden... it's got to be this? I think someone is making a lot of money off of this, namely the lawyers."

Belafonte and Brown have one child together, daughter Madison Brown Belafonte. The singer's two other kids are from previous relationships with Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar and actor Eddie Murphy.
