Lauren is a 26-year-old executive recruiter from Indianapolis, IN, who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

The brunette beauty will be vying for Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart when the show premieres Monday, January 1 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

Arie will be looking for the love of his life after failing to win Emily Maynard's heart on The Bachelorette's eighth season back in 2012. Arie finished as the runner-up behind winner Jef Holm.

Lauren is a beautiful girl with a bright smile, and she'll probably grab Arie's attention on the first night. But will these two be compatible and make a perfect match? To learn about Arie's other 28 bachelorettes, click here.

Below is a list of five facts Reality TV World has compiled about Lauren Griffin:

- The 5'3" bachelorette has small and hidden tattoos -- a star behind the ear, one on the ankle, and a couple of finger tattoos.

- If Lauren could be someone else for just one day, she'd choose Oprah because the bachelorette would love to get inside her head and find out how she became so successful.

- Lauren doesn't believe in a fairy tale romance, but she does believe that some things are meant to be.

- Lauren is most afraid of losing one of her family members.

- The bachelorette would secretly love her hair to be a very light lilac color. And one of the top things on her bucket list is visiting the pyramids in Egypt.
