Felipe Esparza from Los Angeles, CA, Myq Kaplan from Boston, MA, Rachel Feinstein from Washington, D.C., Mike DeStefano from Bronx, NY, and Jonathan Thymius from Bronx, NY were all revealed to be finalists by host Craig Robinson at the conclusion of the episode.

"I was shocked that I made it," said Feinstein.

"It's going to change my life in so many different ways. I've been at this so long and given up so much, I'm beyond happy. It's not real at all. It's really cool."

Monday night's Last Comic Standing broadcast featured the first group of semifinalists performing for the seventh-season judging panel of Natasha Leggero, Greg Giraldo and Andy Kindler -- who then determined the first five finalists.

"So far, this is one of the best things that's happened in my career," said DeStafeno after making the Top 10. "It's just really exciting. Winning the entire thing is going to be the best thing."

Another group of semifinalists will perform during next Monday night's Last Comic Standing seventh-season broadcast at 9PM ET/PT on NBC -- with the judging panel determining the final five finalists in the Top 10.
