Rod Man, a comic from Villa Rica, GA, who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, won the title of "Last Comic Standing" after two final rounds of competition last night in which the three finalists each performed two lengthy stand-up routines for show judges Roseanne Barr, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Russell Peters.

Rod Man defeated Lachlan Patterson from Vancouver, B.C., who currently resides in Venice Beach, CA, and Nikki Carr from Bronx, NY, for the win. No official runner-up or third-place finisher was declared.

For winning the season, Rod Man will receive $250,000, an NBC development deal for his own show and the title of "Last Comic Standing."

Looking back on the season overall, Rod Man endured 12 weeks of competition and beat out 99 other comics.

Also during Thursday night's finale, Alingon Mitra had earned the most home viewer votes in the "Comic Comeback Competition" and therefore got to perform a guest stand-up set for the live audience.
