'Kitchen' and 'Nightmares' star Gordon Ramsay forced out of marathon

Gordon Ramsay's Sunday run in the annual Los Angeles Marathon apparently didn't go as planned.

"Damn, had to stop at 15 miles, just felt my calf muscle go," the Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares star wrote in a Sunday post to his Twitter account.
Earlier that morning, Ramsay had posted that he was running the marathon as a "warm up for London."
"About to start LA marathon," he posted. "1000s of people, f--king amazing."
Ramsay has previously participated in 10 London marathons and uses the races to raise money for charity. There is no word on the severity of the injury.
