Kim Kardashian isn't exactly denying that she'll be competing on this fall's Dancing with the Stars edition.

"Isn't that a great rumor?  I don't know where that's coming from.  I can't really comment on that anyway," Kardashian replied when asked to confirm her Dancing participation during Thursday's broadcast of Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio program.  "I would be honored if they asked me."

The "great rumor" Kardashian was addressing started at the recently held ESPY Awards, where Dancing with the Stars fifth-season celebrity champ Helio Castroneves was reportedly overheard backstage telling people that Kardashian would be competing as a seventh-season contestant on the ABC reality series.

Seacrest -- who produces E!'s Keeping up with the Kardashians reality series -- characterized Kardashian's statement as a "non-comment comment" before asking if she knows how to dance.

"I mean I can get down in a club," she answered.

An upcoming appearance on Dancing with the Stars wasn't the only rumor Kardashian addressed during her interview with Seacrest, as she confirmed reports that she got into a little tiff with former Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants judge Shanna Moakler at a recent party held at the Malibu home of Carmen Electra.

"There was a little altercation.  I don't really know what was going on when it was happening," Kardashian told Seacrest. "Shanna did come over, kind of just said a few things and threw a drink... I was just a little caught off guard because it kind of hit my leg.  I didn't really know what was going on because Carmen and I were in a conversation."

Kardashian claimed that the former Meet the Barkers co-star had accused her of being more than just friends with her ex-husband Travis Barker.  Kardashian added that the suspicion stems from her work as a model for Famous Stars and Straps, a clothing line founded by Barker.

"She was trying to twist it that there was something going on between Travis and I, and that I was cheating on [boyfriend Reggie Bush]," explained Kardashian.  "It's nothing, and I think she's trying to make it into something that it's not... There was obviously never anything going on, and I was strictly a model for Famous."

In addition, Kardashian also addressed rumors that she recently got engaged to Bush -- an NFL running back.

"Am I engaged?  That's the oldest rumor ever," said Kardashian with a laugh.

However Seacrest pointed out that Kardashian was photographed over the weekend in Vegas purchasing wedding planning publications.

"I just spent the weekend in Las Vegas with 16 of my best friends that I grew-up with.  It was a bachelorette party in Vegas, and so half of the girls are now engaged," she explained.  "Everyone had magazines, everyone was planning the weddings and all the drama.  They were saying that's the biggest problem that they're having with their fiances, that they're fighting about."

So Kardashian said her purchase of the wedding magazines was a pro-active approach for when Bush does pop the question.

"I said, 'I'm going to have my whole wedding planned out so whenever I get asked, there won't be any drama.'  Reggie will be so easy," she said.  "It's totally pre-planning so that it will eliminate drama whenever it happens."

Besides, Kardashian said Bush has more pressing things on his mind with NFL training camps starting this week.

"It'll definitely be like after [the 2008 NFL] season [until we get engaged]," she said.  "We have a while.  We have to focus."

E! recently renewed Keeping up with the Kardashians for a third season, and this fall will mark Bush's third in the NFL.

"I'm in season three of Keeping up with the Kardashians and he's in his season three in the NFL, so I have a feeling this is just going to be a really good year for us," she said.
