The Food and Drug Administration contacted the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star with a warning letter on Tuesday, asking her to remove a July Instagram post that featured herself holding a bottle of Diclegis, People reported.

Kardashian credited the drug with helping her nausea, but according to the FDA's letter, the 34-year-old pregnant reality star neglected to list any of the risks associated with the drug.

The FDA reportedly appreciated the fact Kardashian provided the link to Diclegis' web address, however, they didn't think it was enough. Kardashian's promotion made the drug seem completely safe.

Kardashian's Instagram post, which has since been deleted, said in part, "[My doctor] prescribed me #Diclegis, I felt a lot better and most importantly, it's been studied and there was no increased rick to the baby. I'm so excited and happy with my results that I'm partnering with Duchesnay USA to raise awareness about treating morning sickness."

Kardashian has a two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West and allegedly discovered she was expecting their second child in the spring. The couple had a baby boy on the way.
