A random bystander attacked the Keeping Up with the Kardashians and former Kourtney and Kim Take New York star with a bag of flour while she was walking the red carpet at a launch party for her new fragrance line "True Reflection" on Thursday night, E! News reported.

Kardashian was doing interviews at the London Hotel in West Hollywood when a female reportedly came "out of nowhere" and surprisingly doused the reality TV star -- who was wearing a black ensemble -- in white flour, covering her hair and backside.

"That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me. Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that's a whole lot of translucent powder right there," Kardashian told E! News, laughing off the situation.

The woman responsible for the attack attempted to flee the scene immediately, but Kardashian's representative reportedly held onto her and then security escorted her off the premises. Meanwhile, Kardashian calmly walked off the carpet, brushed all the powder off and returned about 10 minutes later smiling, according to E! News.

"That was crazy! Somebody just rushed Kim and [it] was kind of dangerous," Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner told E! News. "I started cleaning off her jacket, and you know, she flipped her hair and we were back in business."

According to a press release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Kardashian reportedly doesn't intend to press charges but filed a non-criminal battery report.

No additional details were provided on why the female bystander threw cooking flour all over Kardashian, but reporters apparently heard the woman mention something about fur.
