A transgender woman says in a lawsuit that Khloe Kardashian assaulted her in a shoving incident outside a Hollywood nightclub a couple of years ago.

Chantal Spears says she was just talking to Kardashian's new husband when the reality star intervened violently.

"All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," Spears told TMZ.com.

Spears, who used to be known as Ronald Spears, alleged she suffered severe mental anguish in the alleged incident in December 2009. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Kardashian's people had no immediate comment on the matter, People magazine said Sunday.
