Khloe Kardashian is reportedly staying married to Lamar Odom out of guilt.

Kardashian reportedly wants to finalize her divorce but feels a "tremendous amount of guilt" for how Odom might spiral out of control afterwards and potentially die, especially since he's refusing to enter rehab for his substance abuse issues.
The former NBA player was already spotted drinking at an Irish bar with a couple of friends on Easter weekend. Odom allegedly argues he's just trying to live a normal life and has no drinking demons to face.
Odom experienced a near-fatal drug overdose while staying in a Nevada brothel in October of last year. Kardashian had filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013, however, she withdrew the papers from court while Odom was recovering in the hospital.
Kardashian has been at his side ever since, and Odom continues to get treatment while living near her Calabasas home.
In February, Kardashian talked about her relationship with Odom while hosting one of her Kocktails With Khloe episodes.
"Just building a friendship back is what I'm doing now," Kardashian said, according to Entertainment Tonight.
"It has nothing intimate, nothing at all. Just pure love, and I want someone to learn how to love themselves again... The best dream would be like, 'Okay, I hope that first marriage could happen again,' but it's really hard to erase everything that happened."
