The season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sunday, June 11 at 9PM ET/PT on E!, and in new preview clips for the episode, Khloe learns and also shares some shocking truths.

One preview kicks off with Kim Kardashian, 36, accompanying Khloe, 32, to a fertility specialist to explore details of surrogacy since Khloe is considering carrying her sister's next child with husband Kanye West.

The doctor asks Khloe some routine questions before her physical exam, and that's when she drops a bomb.

When asked if she has ever tried to get pregnant before -- after Khloe disclosed she has never gotten pregnant in the past -- Khloe confesses, "I fake tried. I was married, but I knew the circumstances weren't the healthiest, so I just kept pretending I was doing it."

The Revenge Body host then openly discusses with the cameras why she lied to Lamar about a matter so serious.

"When I was doing my fertility treatments, they were more so for Lamar. I had to stop cause there was much deeper stuff that was happening in our marriage," Khloe explains in a confessional.

Khloe and Lamar wed in 2009 after one month of dating. After cheating scandals, years of drug abuse and one near-fatal drug overdose in 2015, the couple divorced and finalized the paperwork last year.

Without naming those reasons specifically, Khloe touches upon how bringing a child into the world with Lamar during that time wouldn't have been in the kid's best interest.

"I knew it wasn't the right situation to bring a child into," Khloe says. "I think I've done a lot of covering up for him, even when it made me look like I was the problem. But I was fine taking on that burden on my shoulders, because he had a lot of other deeper sh-t to deal with."

In another preview for the upcoming finale, the fertility specialist asks Khloe to complete a "quick ultrasound" in an exam room.

"I come here just for a doctor's appointment -- I have no idea I'm about to even get an ultrasound," admits Khloe in a confessional. "This whole thing is just kind of snowballing, and it's moving really fast for me."

"I remember this room -- I've cried many times in that chair," Kim tells her sister, referencing her two previous high-risk pregnancies with daughter North, 3, and son Saint, 18 months.

As the doctor begins the ultrasound, he tells the women that he's checking to make sure nothing would get in the way of a healthy pregnancy.

"Okay, here's your uterus," the doctor explains to Khloe. "So if we're trying to get you pregnant, this is where we look forward to seeing a pregnancy. There's nothing there today. These are follicles -- these hold eggs -- so this is just giving an idea of how young your ovaries are."

"Are they young or old?" asks Khloe.

"There are fewer follicles than I anticipate for a normal 32-year-old," the doctor says.

"Shut the f-ck up!" Khloe replies to the doctor before sharing with the cameras, "This is nothing at all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can't get pregnant?"
