TLC has announced Kate Plus Date will premiere Monday, June 10 at 10PM ET/PT.

Kate Plus Date -- which was originally announced in April 2018 and scheduled to premiere last fall -- will feature Kate will enlisting the help of two matchmakers, Rachel DeAlto and Adam LoDolce, to help her find The One.

Rachel and Adam will be shown setting the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 star up on dates with 10 different bachelors over the course of the series.

Kate has been single for almost a decade now following her high-profile, nasty divorce from her former Jon & Kate Plus 8 co-star Jon Gosselin in 2009.

Raising eight children has monopolized Kate's time, leaving her little room for romance. But now that her sextuplets are grown and her oldest twins are off to college in the fall, Kate is ready to find a man.

"Whether wading neck-deep in diapers and sippy cups, scrambling to get the kids off to school or stressing over every last detail of birthday parties, her world has always revolved around being a mom -- but moms deserve the chance to find love too!" TLC teases of the new six-episode series.

"Devoting herself full-time to her eight children has left Kate's dating skills a bit rusty, so she enlists the help of expert matchmakers... to guide her through this very new -- and often awkward -- process."

Each of Kate's dates with a suitor will be comprised of a fun and interactive activity as well as a more intimate outing where the pair can discover whether they feel a spark and have chemistry.

Kate's college-bound twins Mady and Cara are apparently very invested in finding their mother a new partner, providing encouragement and "colorful commentary" along the way, according to the network.

Throughout the show, viewers will follow Kate's journey as she "evolves from reserved and cautious to open and invested."

TLC revealed Kate's first few dates will be awkward -- and maybe even "painful," in Kate's words -- but she'll eventually learn to trust the process with the support of her matchmakers and daughters.

Although Mady and Cara won't hold back on their feelings about the men, Kate will have the final say on her perfect match.

Once Kate chooses from her 10 mystery men, she must choose one guy to accompany her on a second date.

"Throughout the process, she lets her guard down and learns a lot about herself and exactly what it's going to take to find everlasting love," TLC shared.

Kate Plus Date is being produced by Figure 8 Films.
