Kate Gosselin will reportedly be ringing in the new year Down Under.

"Kate and the kids flew-out just before midnight [Tuesday] night in what will be a staggered trip to Australia and New Zealand," a source told RadarOnline. "They will be filming for Kate Plus 8 and the kids are excited."
Gosselin's ex-husband Jon Gosselin is reportedly not be making the trip with his family and will instead celebrate the new year with new girlfriend Ellen Ross.
"Obviously, Jon was informed of the excursion and the kids will not see their father again until mid-January when they return to America with their mom," the source said.
Gosselin will, however, reportedly be accompanied by longtime bodyguard Steve Nield.
"Steve Nield - who is from New Zealand - will also be traveling with them while they tour both countries," the source added.
