Kailyn Lowry celebrated "bump day" on Wednesday by posting a new baby bump photo.
"Happy bump day from Baby Lo & me," she captioned the snapshot for her 3 million Instagram followers.
Lowry has posted few updates since confirming Feb. 24 that she's expecting a baby in the summer.
She said at the time she tried to keep the news quiet because the pregnancy is "high-risk."
"Of course, I was filmed on the show saying I didn't want any more kids, but I'm pregnant again," Lowry acknowledged."When I started thinking long and hard, I knew I wanted more. This was the choice I made."
Lowry already shares 7-year-old son Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and 3-year-old son Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
"I think I'm most worried about the changes ahead but also that I will have this baby 24/7 by myself with no help. I'm going to be a single parent from the beginning!" she wrote, according to InTouch Weekly.
Lowry came to fame on the MTV series "16 & Pregnant" before starring on "Teen Mom 2."
The show co-stars Jenelle Evans, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska, and completed a seventh season in March.
