JoJo Fletcher has shared with The Bachelorette fans how she stays in such great shape!

The curvy 25-year-old Texas beauty opened up about nutrition, dieting and fitness on the set of a photo shoot for Us Weekly.

"Dieting is hard for me," Fletcher admitted to Us. "I love food too much... I love Mexican food and truffle mac 'n' cheese -- anything cheesy!"

However, the real estate developer insisted she tries her best to eat healthy on a daily basis.

"I cook more now that I'm getting older, because you can't eat out every single day," Fletcher said. "It's easy to grill a piece of chicken and steamed broccoli. I eat healthy, and then I'll have a cheat day."

Working out apparently comes naturally for Fletcher since she's played sports her entire life.

"Growing up I played basketball and volleyball, and I ran track. Now I go to the gym a couple times a week," Fletcher dished. "I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes."

Fletcher's dog Jackson, a German shorthaired pointer, also gets the Bachelorette moving and living an active lifestyle.

"I'll take my dog to the park and run with him. That counts!" Fletcher joked.

The Bachelorette's next Season 12 episode airs Monday, June 20 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
