Joe Giudice shared one final embrace with his wife Teresa Giudice before turning himself into prison Wednesday for a 41-month sentence.

Joe, 43, is being placed behind bars only three months after Teresa, also 43, finished her own year-long sentence on December 23.
The couple was sentenced to jail time in October 2014 after pleading guilty to three counts of bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as part of a plea deal to resolve their 41-count federal fraud indictment. Their prison arrangements were made so that one parent could always be with their four young daughters -- Gia, 15, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6.
Teresa shared several photos in the hours before dropping Joe off to the correctional facility on Instagram.
One featured the immediate family posing together with the caption, "My Beautiful Family." Another image showed Joe with his girls in which Teresa wrote, "Daddy's Girls." And the third was a shot of just Teresa with her husband alone in which she called him "the love of my life."
"As a parent you have to comfort your kids and do the best you can to make them feel good," Joe recently told People. "There is only so much you can do but it's a really good thing that my kids are strong. The whole year was tough without Teresa but we made it through."
Joe admitted he had "a little meltdown" the other night when talking to his daughter Gabriella about his sentence.
"But we will be all right we will get through it... I'm looking at it like [alcohol] rehabilitation for me," he told the magazine, adding that his philosophy in jail will be minding his own business and staying low key as to avoid problems with fellow inmates.
