"I don't pay attention to negative stuff," the "Dancing with the Stars" contestant and "Fuller House" star explained to E! News Tuesday.

"I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention."

Cyrus posted a photo of the actress on Instagram over the weekend which featured Sweetin on top of an unidentified male holding a cigarette in her hand and arching her back towards the camera.

"Current Mood #fullerhouse only you freaks take this as shaming! To me it looks like Stephanie is having a [expletive] gay ol time!" the singer wrote.

Cyrus was then slammed by fans who commented on the picture questioning the reasoning behind posting such an image after Sweetin has admitted in the past to her troubled party-going lifestyle and struggles with drugs and rehab.

"She is now a different person, and it's not ok to drag someone for their past," a commenter noted.

"I was a selfish, self-serving, insecure, angry and fearful person living a double life. I covered up my problems by pretending to be happy and saying that everything was fine," Sweetin wrote of her past in her 2009 memoir "unSweetined."
