Jesse James has confirmed he is back together with Kat Von D and they are once again engaged.
"It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."
Speculation that James and the LA Ink star were together again had first surfaced late Wednesday afternoon when the couple separately posted photos of themselves together on Twitter, People reported. James and Von D had announced they ended their engagement and split last month. "I'm so sad because I really love her," James told People at the time. "The distance between us was just too much." "I am no longer [with] Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, that's all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that," Von D wrote in a Twitter posting. After previously denying they were an item and insisting they were just longtime friends, Von D and James began dating last summer after James' divorce from Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock, his wife of five years, was finalized. They subsequently announced their engagement in January and had planned to get married this summer to mark the one-year anniversary of when they began dating.
