The Teen Mom star -- who had been arrested and charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and simple assault following an alleged physical brawl with former fiance Gary Head in late June -- had all four charges against her dismissed in court on Monday, E! News reported.

"Jenelle was very pleased with the results today in court," Evans' attorney Dustin Sullivan told E! News.

Head, who had also been arrested on multiple drug and violence charges with Evans in Oak Island, NC in June, didn't get off so easy and plead guilty as part of a plea deal, according to the Teen Mom star.

"Court is over. Gary Head pleas guilty to assault on a female and all my charges were dropped," sshe tweeted Monday. "But if he didn't take the plea bargain then he was facing serioussssss consequences."

Evans was granted a no-contact order she had requested in court last week against Head, according to E! News. As a result, Head will have to avoid having any indirect or direct contact with the reality TV star for a full year.

"The judge said, 'Are you sure you don't want to go further?' I said, 'No he can take this plea. I want no contact with him that's all,'" Evans tweeted.

"She is excited to have this chapter of her life behind her and feels confident that she will be protected with the no-contact order in place," Sullivan told E! News. "As for what this means for Jenelle, she has another set of charges dismissed and she can move on with her life."

Under Sullivan's representation, Evans has reportedly been dismissed from 23 of 24 charges filed against her.

Head reportedly "beat the sh-t" out of Evans "and strangled her," according to an E! News source, during the June incident that led to both parties' arrests.

Another source added that Evans reportedly "beat" on Head to the point where she left marks on his body following a night of partying because she was convinced he had been cheating on her with another girl. The source told E! News Head then smashed Evans' cell phone, causing Evans to phone the police from his phone.

As of July, Evans was dating former boyfriend Kieffer Delp again, but only after calling off her engagement to Head following the couple's huge verbal and physical fight that broke out the month prior.

Evans had announced in May she got engaged to Head when she tweeted a photo of her engagement ring. The pair had been dating for five months with a couple of breaks in between.
