Jef Holm apparently didn't waste any time moving on from his relationship with ex-fiancee Emily Maynard.

"They started dating in the last month," a source told Us Weekly. "She fits his mold: young, blonde and pretty."
Holm is reportedly "flying her all over to be with him," and the couple was spotted partying together at the Mint restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ on November 17.
"They were acting like a couple and having fun," another source told the magazine.
However, Bear, 23, has been denying rumors that she's dating Holm, 28.
"I can assure you [this information] is false," Bear recently explained to Us.
While it may seem as if Holm quickly got over Maynard, the former The Bachelorette star allegedly started dating a new guy even sooner. She was reportedly seen on a date with NASCAR truck racer Jason White early this month.
Maynard, 26, and White, 33, reportedly attended Carrie Underwood's concert in her Charlotte, NC hometown on a Saturday night along with some friends.
