A Los Angeles judge has granted television and radio personality Ryan Seacrest a three-year restraining order against an alleged stalker, court officials said.

The decision to forbid Chidi Uzomah from coming within 100 yards of the "American Idol" host, his home, car and places of employment, was reported Wednesday by TVGuide.com.
Uzomah earlier pleaded innocent to charges of stalking and violating an earlier court order to steer clear of Seacrest after he was arrested Oct. 30 for attempting to approach the star at his workplace.
