Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and companion Howard K. Stern said one of her last wishes was to be buried next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas.

After Daniel died in September, Stern said he and Smith discussed how she wanted her estate handled, "Entertainment Tonight" said.

"I know what Anna wants. I am going to carry those (wishes) out," Stern told "ET."

Stern said the division of Smith's estate -- which could include a portion of her late husband J. Howard Marshall II's millions -- was provided for in a will executed in 2001, CBS reported. Smith has been in legal battle for years over her portion of Marshall's estate.

"Everything went to her son, Daniel," said Stern. "But now because Daniel is gone, and Dannielynn is her only child ... everything goes to Dannielynn. Everything. I am named as the executor."

Both Stern and Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, are seeking possession of Smith's body.
