Have some of the finalists on NBC's 'Last Comic Standing' been revealed?

By Wade Paulsen, 07/19/2003

Ain't It Cool News reports that one of its correspondents may have heard a radio interview that revealed two, and possibly three, of the final five contestants on NBC's Last Comic Standing.

According to this person, Doug Stanhope, the new host of Comedy Central's The Man Show, was interviewed on radio station 94.7 KNRK in Portland, Oregon on Tuesday, July 15. During his interview, Stanhope revealed that he had discussed Last Comic Standing with its host Jay Mohr. According to Stanhope, the show will conclude with America voting for a winner among the final five comedians still "standing" ... and then Stanhope started to list the final five. The host interrupted him after two names, although he then implied that a third person was also in the final five.

We pass along the purported spoiler in hidden text below; if you want to read the names, highlight the blank area with your cursor. We are unable to vouch for the spoiler's accuracy. However, don't go if you don't want to know!

Named by Stanhope as part of the final five: Ralphie May and Dat Phan. Implied: Rich Vos.

We would love to hear from anyone else who heard the interview, to either confirm or deny this potential spoiler.
