Former 'Project Runway' finalist Rami Kashov struck with beer bottle

After battling it out on Project Runway, Rami Kashov reportedly found himself in a different kind of fight that had a much less glamorous ending.

The Project Runway fourth-season runner-up was involved in a physical altercation at a West Hollywood bar last Thursday night and he was allegedly struck in the face with a beer bottle, TMZ.com reported Friday.

The 31-year-old from Ramallah, Jerusalem was subsequently taken to an area hospital and treated for minor cuts and bruises before being released, according to TMZ.com.

"I am recovering and doing well," Kashov told TMZ.com. "I appreciate everybody's support and well wishes."

The alleged suspect in the attack was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, TMZ.com reported.

Kashov finished second on Project Runway's fourth-season earlier this year, losing the title to Christian Siriano.
