Pulos and Nassos are now proud parents to a baby girl whom they named Alianna Marika, Us Weekly reported.

"Mommy and baby are doing well," Pulos' representative told Us.

Alianna was born on Saturday, June 29 weighing eight pounds and 10 ounces. She was also 21 inches long.
The couple announced they were expecting a child in January when Pulos admitted she couldn't believe she got pregnant considering she's 40 years old and was scared but excited about motherhood at the same time.

Pulos -- who serves as Flipping Out boss Jeff Lewis' executive assistant -- reportedly discovered she was pregnant on October 30 of last year when her doctor had left her a voicemail. The news shocked everyone, as Pulos had suffered a miscarriage shortly before conceiving again, according to Us.

"It was the best surprise. I never knew it was fairly common to get pregnant after a miscarriage [and] he married an old cougar!" Pulos previously joked of her 35-year-old husband, who's an orthopedic surgeon.

"I didn't think it would happen so quickly. I was open to IVF or adoption."

Pulos and Nassos wed in May 2012 in a ceremony featured on Flipping Out. Pulos then got pregnant only several months into their marriage, which is when she unfortunately had the miscarriage. It wasn't until Pulos went for a routine follow-up exam that her doctor found out she was expecting again.
