Flip or Flop is apparently not going to be a flop as HGTV is expanding the popular home-renovation series into a reality franchise.

HGTV has announced it will launch five new Flip or Flop spinoffs that will be based in Chicago, IL; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Texas; and Las Vegas, NV later in the next two years, Us Weekly reported.

Similar to the way in which Bravo has expanded many of its reality formats into multiple series set in different cities, each Flip or Flop spinoff will star new and different house flippers.

"Because every market is unique, there was an opportunity to highlight what works in various regions by featuring successful people in different locations who had mastered the art of flipping in their town," HGTV executive Allison Page told Us in a statement.

Flip or Flop is currently set in Southern California and stars divorcing couple Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa, who are now filming Season 7, which is slated to air this summer. The network declined to reveal the future of the show's original installment.

Tarek told Entertainment Tonight recently that the estranged spouses -- who publicly announced their split in December 2016 -- "haven't 100 percent made the decision" on whether they'll continue Flip or Flop after next season.

Page, however, said Flip or Flop's upcoming spinoffs were in the works long before the El Moussas separated.

"We've been building this franchise for over a year and a half," noted Page, who also works on HGTV's Food Network and Travel Channel sister networks, "and we're thrilled to bring new chapters, new stories and new talent to complement a series that's been a big success."

Flip or Flop Las Vegas will reportedly debut April 6 at 9PM ET/PT on HGTV, while the show's Atlanta spinoff will premiere in Summer 2017. Flip or Flop Nashville and Flip or Flop Texas will both air in February 2018. No premiere date has been set for Flip or Flop Chicago yet.

Premiering first, Flip or Flop Las Vegas will star Bristol Marunde and wife Aubrey Marunde.

Aubrey, 34, told Us that the house-flipping spouses for nearly a decade bring "glam" to homes in their city and she adds "a lot of chandeliers and lighting and hardware and things that take the properties over the top."

Bristol, a 34-year-old MMA fighter, pointed out that his wife "loves crystals."

Although it may seem like bling is a point of contention for the pair, Bristol explained to the magazine, "In our relationship, it's pretty happy! Aubrey lets me do the construction, and I let her do the design."

The couple's strategy is apparently a recipe for success, as the mother of two young boys noted, "We don't have disagreements."
