Martinez and professional partner Karina Smirnoff and Phillips and partner Tony Dovolani finished tied for first place on the judges' leaderboard during Dancing with the Stars' thirteenth-season premiere on Monday night.

The two couples topped the leaderboard after they received 22 out of 30 possible points for their Viennese waltz routines from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

American women's soccer star Hope Solo finished one point behind them in third place with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy after they earned 21 points for their Viennese waltz performance.

Model and George Clooney ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis and partner Val Chmerkovskiy and NBA basketball player Ron Artest and partner Peta Murgatroyd finished at the bottom of the leaderboard after they performed routines which weren't nearly as well received by the judges.

Artest and Murgatroyd performed a cha cha routine which received only 14 points, landing them in last place on the judges' leaderboard.

Canalis and Chmerkovskiy finished one point ahead of Artest and Murgatroyd in eleventh place after they danced a cha cha which received only 15 points from the judges.

Former talk show host Ricki Lake and partner Derek Hough finished in fourth place on the judges' leaderboard with 20 points after they performed a Viennese waltz.

Former The Hills star Kristin Cavallari and partner Mark Ballas finished in fifth place after they danced a cha cha which earned them 19 points from the judges.

Sixth place went to actor David Arquette and partner Kym Johnson after they received 18 points from the judges for their Viennese waltz.

Fashion expert and former Queer Eye star Carson Kressley and partner Anna Trebunskaya and transgender advocate Chaz Bono and partner Lacey Schwimmer finished tied for seventh place on the judges' leaderboard. Both couples performed cha cha routines which received 17 points from the judges.

Eighth place also represented a tie between Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke and legal commentator Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus. Kardashian and Burke performed a Viennese waltz which earned them 16 points, while Grace and MacManus danced a cha cha which received 16 points from the judges.

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the twelve celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' first thirteenth-season results show tonight at 9PM ET/PT.
