The Disney Channel star and Val finished in first place on the judges' leaderboard during Dancing with the Stars' final sixteenth-season performance show on ABC Monday night.

Last night's broadcast featured each of the four remaining couples dancing in three rounds of competition -- the "Judges' Pick" round, a "Cha Cha Relay" and finally the "Supersized Freestyle" in which the pairs could take charge creatively and enhance the routine by utilizing extra performers and/or special production features.

For the cha cha relay, the finalists performed the same cha cha style back to back to the same song in attempt to out-dance each other. The couple to finish in first place would receive five points, the pair to finish in second would earn four points and so on until the fourth-place couple would receive only two points.

Zendaya and Val topped the leaderboard after they received a perfect 65 out of 65 possible points for their three dances from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. The couple received 30 out of 30 possible points for their samba routine selected by the judges, five out of five points for their short performance in the cha cha relay and then another perfect score of 30 for their contemporary/hip-hop supersized freestyle.

Former American Idol finalist and country singer Kellie Pickler and partner Derek Hough finished in second place on the judges' leaderboard with 64 total points. Kellie and Derek danced a quickstep routine which received 30 points from the judges and then followed it up with a stripped down contemporary freestyle that earned an additional 30 points. The couple also received four points for the cha cha relay.

Third place went to 2012 Olympic gold medal winning gymnast Alexandra "Aly" Raisman and partner Mark Ballas. The pair earned a total score of 61 points. They performed a samba worth 28 points and a futuristic freestyle using vertical bars that earned a perfect score of 30. In addition, Aly and Mark received three points in the cha cha relay.

NFL football player Jacoby Jones and partner Karina Smirnoff finished in fourth -- and last -- place on the judges' leaderboard with 56 total points. After taking the stage with a jive that received 27 points from the judges, the couple came back to perform a mardi gras-themed freestyle which earned 27 points as well. However, Jacoby and Karina only received two points from the judges for their performance in the cha cha relay.

Tuesday night's finale broadcast of the reality dance competition will feature the four remaining couples performing one more dance for additional points which will be added to their Monday night judges' scores.

The total judges' scores will then be combined with the results of Monday night's home viewer voting and the night will conclude with one couple winning Dancing with the Stars' sixteenth season.
