Dancing with the Stars couple Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten have gone public with their feelings for each other, but their romance is apparently still in the early stages.

Alan, 24, then chimed in and said, "We're taking [it] day by day, and lucky enough, we get another week of just having fun together and enjoying the process."
Alexis and her professional partner escaped a double elimination on Dancing with the Stars earlier this week although host Tom Bergeron declared them "in jeopardy."
Alan and the model and Cover Girl will therefore dance in the finals next week and compete for the mirrorball trophy.
While the couple is definitely dating behind the scenes, Alexis and Alan admitted to Us they don't exactly go out on dates.
"We don't have time off!" Alan noted.
The celebrity and professional pairing are also paying no mind to those who claim their romance is just for show and additional votes from home viewers.

"I mean, honestly, I have not looked at social media for like three weeks. I just post the photos," Alan said.
"There's no reason for negativity in the world. I don't understand why there has to be negativity. It should just be positive, so I like to look at the positive."
And Alexis agreed, saying, "People are going to hate either way, so I might as well say my truth, say my feelings, and if they take it one way or the other, that's their perception on the situation, not mine."

When asked what makes Alan so special, Alexis reportedly squeezed the choreographer's jaw and told the magazine, "Have you not seen him? Look at this face!"
The couple appeared to share their first kiss on the November 5 episode of Dancing with the Stars, after Alan confessed he reciprocated Alexis' romantic feelings.
"I'm in a place where we worked so hard for this amazing journey together, and I'm afraid I will mess that up in some way," Alan told the social-media influencer in a background package that aired on the show.

"But I've never had an experience like this. It's so easy to just hang out with you and have fun and not worry about everything else. I do have feelings for you. And I really feel like I am falling for you."
One week prior, Alexis opened up about what was in her heart on Dancing with the Stars.
"I am developing feelings for Alan... I didn't see this one coming," she said at the time. "It happened really quickly, though, so I think I'm still trying to process it."
