Samantha Harris is constantly around music as Dancing with the Stars' co-host, so it should come as no surprise her three-month-old daughter apparently already has rhythm.

"She gets really excited when music is playing," said Harris in Us Weekly's January 7 issue.  "She'll kick her feet, move her hands and wiggle around on the mat."

Harris and husband Michael Hess welcomed their first child together -- Josselyn Sydney Hess -- on September 23, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.

In addition to her Dancing with the Stars co-hosting duties alongside Tom Bergeron, Harris also serves as an E! News correspondent, so it should also come as no shock that Josselyn has already developed a gift for gab as well.

"She loves to be talkative," Harris told Us.  "I think we are in for a little girl like I was -- telling stories that make no sense and have no end in sight!  She's definitely our kid."

Overall, Harris said she's "so lucky" because Josselyn has proved to be "really easygoing."  Plus, she gets a lot of help from her husband, who works as a financial wholesaler.

"It's a free-for-all," she told Us.  "We team-up for the night routine , which is a bath and a little baby-lotion massage, and we alternate who feeds her.  When I do, I like to sing her a song my dad used to sing me, 'Sunrise, Sunset.'"

The 34-year-old said in Us' January 14 issue that she gained only 21 pounds during pregnancy, which she revealed during a Dancing with the Stars Spring 2007 fourth-season broadcast.

"I dropped all but four pounds two weeks after she was born," Harris told Us.  "Being fit before pregnancy and working out during it helped me lose the weight so quickly."

Harris said she stayed fit without a trainer and maintained her four-day-a-week gym-class routine, but at a lower intensity.  Slightly more than two weeks after giving birth to Josselyn -- which caused her to miss the first few episode broadcasts of Dancing with the Stars' Fall 2008 fifth edition -- Harris said she started exercising again and began reclaiming her figure.

"I try to eat every four hours," she explained to Us.  "It keeps your metabolism even, so you don't have a sudden urge for sugar, like I do all the time."

While she's already close to once again fitting in her size-27 jeans, Harris said it's fine if she never completely loses all of the baby weight.

"I got a wonderful prize with Josselyn and it doesn't matter," she told Us.
