Crystal Harris has made a decision that may be causing Holly Madison to let out a little sigh of relief.

The former The Girls Next Door and Holly's World star was once heartbroken because her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner never saw a wedding in their future, but the tables have apparently turned as Harris, the Playboy founder and editor-in-chief's fiancee, has now decided she doesn't want to marry him, People reported Tuesday.

"The wedding is off," Hefner wrote on his Twitter account. "Crystal has had a change of heart."

Harris, a former Playmate who replaced Madison on The Girls Next Door after her departure, had planned to walk down the aisle on Saturday at the Playboy Mansion before she canceled the wedding.

The couple -- who got engaged over the holiday weekend this past December -- had invited over 300 people to watch them tie the knot. Harris was to wear a pink Romona Keveza dress, while she and Hefner ordered a Torrance Bakery strawberry cake.

"I heard the sad news today this morning," Harris' manager Michael Blakey told People. "The split was a mutual decision and the two remain good friends."

Hefner was unsuccessful with his first two marriages to Mildred Williams, who he divorced in 1959, and to former Playmate Kimberly Conrad -- who he has been separated from for almost 20 years but only formally divorced in 2009. The two failed relationships resulted in Hefner's hesitation to wed again, especially with Madison, causing the couple to split in late 2008.

The 85-year-old originally planned to take things slow with 25-year-old Harris -- who was December 2009's Playboy Playmate -- after Madison had left him in the hopes of having a different outcome.
