NBC has announced Green, who served as a coach on the reality singing competition's first three seasons but left to focus on his music career, will be performing live on the upcoming Wednesday, May 8 episode of The Voice's fourth season.

In addition to Green, Rod Stewart will also be singing on May 8 at 8PM ET.

On Tuesday, May 14 at 9PM ET, The Voice has more stars lined up to take the stage. Lady Antebellum, Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams, and T.I. will all be singing live.

Williams and Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott have both appeared on The Voice already as advisors during the show's currently-airing season. Williams teamed up with Usher to help his artists, while Scott was an advisor on "Team Adam" during the "battle" rounds.

Thicke also has a connection with The Voice, as he offered his expertise and advised contestants during the show's second edition.
