Deeley and Kielty were reportedly married at St. Isidore's College Church in a small service officiated by the priest of Kielty's family parish in Northern Ireland.
"It was the most beautiful, gorgeous, chic and romantic wedding I've ever been to," a source told Us. "The whole thing was sprung on the guests at the last minute, but you can tell a lot of time had gone in to the planning."
Deeley wore a "gorgeous" dress with "with ruffles all the way down," according to the source.
About 60 guests reportedly attended the ceremony, which was followed by a low-key reception.
"It finished before midnight and everyone was civilized and well behaved," another source told Us. "It wasn't a wild party."
Deeley and Kielty first met in 2002 when they hosted the U.K.'s Fame Academy reality series together and reportedly began dating about a year ago.
