Bruce Jenner's plans to become a woman have been confirmed by a source close to his family.

"He's being very smart about and also respectful about his transition," another insider added. "Instead of completely shocking everyone, his changes have been subtle, and his family has had the chance to slowly get used to his new looks and life."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has fueled rumors he may be transgender for months by shaving down his Adam's apple, growing his hair long and painting his fingernails. Earlier this month, In Touch Weekly published a photoshopped cover featuring Jenner wearing women's clothing and bright coral-colored makeup.
Kim Kardashian, Jenner's step-daughter, then appeared to all but confirm the rumors in an interview with Entertainment Tonight earlier this week.
"I think everyone goes through things in life. But I do think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right," she told ET.
Shortly thereafter, reports that the 65-year-old former Olympian will be star in a reality series which will chronicle his changes and air on E! this spring also emerged.
