Bristol Palin and her Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars professional partner Mark Ballas have apparently settled their first fight and are ready to move forward as a team in the competition.

"We're fine... We love each other," Ballas told reporters following last night's Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars performance show, according to People. "Sometimes people piss each other off. We've swept it under the rug and carried on. We had a rough day out of many, many, many days that we've spent together."

"Mark is reassuring. We got that fight out of the way," added Palin.

Rehearsal footage that aired during Monday night's episode showed the reality TV star breaking down into tears, suggesting Ballas was "bummed" to have her as his all-star partner considering producers could've paired him up with two frontrunners in the competition instead.

Although Ballas and Palin finished in third place on Dancing with the Stars' eleventh season in 2010, Ballas won the franchise's eighth season with Shawn Johnson -- who is now partnered with Ballas' rival pro Derek Hough -- in 2009. Ballas also danced alongside fan-favorite Sabrina Bryan, who has consistently been receiving high scores from the judges, during Dancing with the Stars' fifth season in Fall 2007.

"The last season we did together, we didn't argue once -- nothing, we were just chill. So the fact that we've made it through a season and a quarter and this is now our first fight is amazing," Ballas explained, adding Palin is like "family" to him.

While Ballas still reportedly has "love" for Johnson and Bryan, he told reporters he will "continue to support them, but Bristol is my number one and I'll always be here 100 percent."

In addition to insisting Ballas might've preferred a different dancing partner, Palin was also upset because he allegedly didn't show up to one of their rehearsals, and she took that as a sign he'd rather be at home. During that exchange, Ballas seemed to only take responsibility for being "late" to that rehearsal.

The argument apparently ended with a teary-eyed Palin walking out of rehearsal with her things and Ballas wondering what to do next.
